How to be a PSFP Member

 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP

Active membership in the Society shall be available only to candidates who have complied with the following requirements:

  • The applicant is a physician, scientist, embryologist, psychologist, nurse, or other allied health professional who has fully completed the required education and/or training in his/her field and duly licensed to practice in the Philippines.
  • The applicant has not been convicted by final judgment of any acts involving moral turpitude.

As stated in the Constitution and By-Laws: Article III, Section 3-4

 

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

  1. Duly accomplished membership form. Download the PSFP Membership Application Form here.
  2. Scanned copy of your certificate of fellowship / diplomate from other affiliated society.
  3. Deposit slip copy of membership fee payment.

Membership Fee: P1,000 – paid upon membership application.

Annual Dues: P1,000 – paid on the succeeding years.
